WTB: Phosphate Reactor plus pump/plumbing

As the title states - looking for a phosphate/phosban reactor, plus a pump and all plumbing. Pretty much looking for plug and play. Something compact like a TLF is perfect. Media would be nice but I can buy my own if needed.

Can pick up in Manhattan during the day or Queens at night. May be able to drive within the metro area on weekends. Thanks!
