Wtb black acrylic

Anyone know where i can find black acrylic, locally? I want to get my 125 going and need to build an overflow box. I was thinking of going coast to coast but i cant seem to find any acrylic on long island. I need a 72 x 7 and a 72 x4. I tried glasscages and they have it but its gonna coast too much to ship. If anyone knows a place on LI, please lmk. Tia

Get in contact with reefoman he makes tanks. Maybe he can build you your overflow for your tank.

might be better off doing it glass and spraypainting it with black krylon paint

No its not tempered, i already drilled it. I gues what i want to build would be called a skimmer box for the inside of the tank.

well to make an acrylic overflow coast to coast that will be strong enough so it could with stand the pressure of water around it would be pretty big so youd need really thick acrylic which is fairly expensive and it might get scratched up etc so another option if you are worried about the paint is to maybe have a regular clear glass overflow built and have some thing black acrylic panels made to cover the glass so you cant see through it and it will also be more cost efficient plus if you ever need to work inside your overflow for whatever reason or anything these panels can be removed and you would be able to see into the overflow

Mike, i was looking at the glassholes kits but didnt find one that woild work for what ik doing. Im using a " bean animal" style plumbing which usess 3 drain pipes. I dont think the kits are big enough to hide the 3 bulkheads. Heres a pic

How big is that unit and what is The max drainage on it? Its a 125 gal with 3x 1 1/2" bulkeads drilled about 4" apart. You think it would work on my tank?
