I am looking to get used 20k bulbs for the sole purpose of seeing what it makes my tank look like.
I currently have 14k Phoenix bulbs on 2 individual Icecap ballasts.
I thought 14k was enough for pop but...meh. It's not. I have corals that looked so sweet when I bought them...in someone's bluer tank.

However, I read that different bulbs look bluer/whiter than others.
I have a few months to continue using my current bulbs but want to set up a piggy bank for the right brand of bulbs in the future and want to know if I actually like the 20k look for MY TANK and which bulb brand is for me.
So, pm me with what you have.
These are likely bulbs you can't use on your own tank/no one would be likely to purchase from you...i.e. not currently $60 per bulb
