WTB RR 36" setup

Looking to buy a RR setup that will fit in a spot 40" wide, so I'm guessing it will be a 36" tank.

My ideal purchase will include:
Tank - with returns, drilled, ready to go
Hood
Stand
Sump
Return pump

I've done the piecemeal and the DIY-ing setup already in the past. Now I just want to assemble it and have the equipment work together.
