Wtb expert tank resealer

Hi guys trying to weigh my options here, between buying a tank or resealing.. I have a 210 gallon tank and found that there is a ding a size of a nickle or slightly larger on the inside of the glass tank right on a bottom seal, being completely afraid of a possible leak I emptied the tank and am now thinking about reinforcing the side with a strip of glass(should work right?), in order to do this properly I would have to reseal it. Because I am inexperienced in these matters I was wondering if anyone on here may be able to help me out. Please chime in if y'all think its a stupid idea. Thanks all.

Hey if are your familiar with maximum reef aquatics? They do some diy stuff and I think if you describe the situation as well as take pics and bring it to them they might have a solution...also it is worth the drive to see thier variety of fish

put it in the trash, 210 gallons of water on the floor will do a lot mare damage than the tank costs new.

i would buy a new one just cause thats a scary thought. you can go to maximum reef aquatics and im sure ralph the owner would do something nice for you. there a really good store.
