Want to buy AI Vega / Hydro, other controllable LED

Looking to buy Aqua Illumination Vega or Hydra.

May consider other controllable full spectrum LEDs (similar in price to AI Vega or Hydra) that have individual control of each spectrum for sunrise, sunset, weather etc.

Also looking for Auto Top Off (ATO). DIY or Retail versions.
