used Oceanclear or other canister filter

i'm looking to set something like an occasional 'vacuum cleaner' for my reef tank. I envision using one of my Mag 4 pumps with a hose to scrub and siphon algae off some rocks and run the water thru a passive canister filter before it returns to my tank.

anyone have an old Oceanclear or other passive canister filter to sell / gift to a new home???
