Lol yeah i saw that one, the thing is it has 8 bulbs! I downgraded recently to a 65 gal, 8 bulb on that unit + Leds is insane amount of light!
Thank you for being so kind to give me heads up!
I want to go back to T5 from Led but also having blue leds in the set up to add pop...

Don't forget you can dim the bulbs as well as set t the led to what ever percent you want them. Always think of the future not just the moment . No problem always tryig to help out anyways I can. It's a great price for the unit. Would save ya some money but the 65 is only 18w if I'm not mistaken:( sucks . Wish ya luck. If I were you I would go buy a new one and buck up and save your self any problems with a used one just incase you never know with people these days they will tell you anything.

You are right I should get something with an eventual upgrade for the future... But to be honest with the recent downgrade I must say I am very happy, I was able to load the tank with high end lps and keep the system maintenance free which is for me a more enjoyable option...
Being that the height of the tank is 24" I wonder if just 4 bulbs would be enough.
I had a 6 bulb 48" on an 80 gal sps and it was more than I needed.
Do you guys know of any t5/led hybrid that is worth a shot besides the ATI?
I only need the leds for blues.
Thanks for the help!

Thanks guys, maybe ill do the regular dimmeable t5x4(ATI) and add accent led(blues).
I like the two hydras i have in my tank, but feel i might not have the spread i need.
I have them set up this way ---- ---- instead of | |
I have the old hydras which have the white/red/green leds in the middle clusters, blues outsides unlike the new 26's which have 2 mixed clusters of leds blending in altogether better.
Some of my favias and chalices are starting to lighten as i increased intensity to get the spread over the tank evenly .I might instead get a third 26 unit and set them | | | at lower intensity and having better spectrum spread over the whole length. Right now some pieces on the outside edges if the tank barely get enough light.
I love the look the leds give, and might want to give it a second try.
Sorry for the forum thread here, but wanted to ask your opinions on this being that im alteady getting good help!
I have no sps, and do not plan on adding any as my sps only tank days are behind me. I know t5's are a for sure solution for coral health, but the leds are much more eye appealing.

Heres the tank

Thanks again
