WTB Sump for 300 gal tank or non RR tank

Like the title says I need a sump for a 300 gal,,or Ill build one out of a non RR 90 gallon or similar. Or if you've got 2 identical 20 or 30 gallon let me know I've got 2 ideas I'm playing with here for my water management,

Actually I was thinking of a way to isolate about 20-30 gallons for water changes. I figure if I had 2 separate tanks that fed the main sump all I would have to do is turn off the flow to one chamber, empty it and then fill with new water, then open it back up.
