WTB MH pendant/ballast/bulb combo

Just need one single pendant with bulb and ballast 150w or 175w.

Looking to spend no more than $150 since this will be a backup light and I could use it this weekend. If anyone has anything in the North Jersey area hit me up. I noticed one in the FS thread in LI unfortunately a bit too far to travel especially this Holiday weekend.
