Hi this is my first post here. I just had a new aquarium installed in my house and am looking for some fish. It will be a predatory fish tank. I will like to have some uncommon fish. In particular groupers, eels, snappers and lion fish.

Welcome to MR! What size tank do you have?

There are a number of vendor on the board that are close by you, Aquarium Village in Westbury, 3to5 Aquatics which is in Woodmere, which shouldn't be that far from you, and Pet Aquatics, which is in New Hyde Park.

Thank you for the recommendations. I checked out Aquarium Village but they only had common fish like voltan lionfish and snowflake eel. This weekend I will check out the other stores.

My tank is a little under 700 gallons. It came with my house and was previously used as a koi tank. The tank was the selling point lol.
