Anyone with a cheap, inexpensive laptop laying around that there not using anymore? Just looking for something with windows that I can use for my apex. To have my back up for my settings and for firmware updates. Was told this can't be done with my iPad

I have an asus netbook that im not using any more. I think the battery is totally dead on it, but it still works last i checked when plugged into the charger.
