Probably less than $20, for a 'critter keeper' at Petco/Petsmart/ etc

Actually I have a couple and they're under $10 at PetCo.

Or go to the dollar store buy a basket (with small holes) the ones used to organize stuff in drawers put a small piece of foam under that and you should be set

Edit: just to clarify the foam goes under the edge of the basket you can use tie-wraps to bond the two together
