Black Box LED Hanging Kit

Hello MR. Does anyone here have a hanging kit for the black box LEDs laying around? I just need one; they are the ones that screw onto the top of the light. Please see attached picture for reference. Thanks.

i got 3 set of exactly same light as yours VIPARspectra... not using the kit, but not sure if i threw it out. can try to look for it this weekend
