Thanks for the heads up! I was looking into the bayite controller which looks promising

bayite and inkbird temperature sensor probe they both not salt water safe . But you can fix it with a Digital Thermometer sensor probe . Like this every one has , just cut the probe then connect the wire . I did mine work perfectly
