I have an Iwaki pump, the 850 Gal/hour model. It is used but good condition. $65
I know it it more than you asked for, but unless you are pumping water at same level, it will not get that high flow rate. At 3 to 4 feet high, you will get 500 - 700 gal / hour flow.
