LOL. i think that he is saying that you should try a few fans on timers before you go out and spend the cash on a chiller. and also the fans will draw less power than the chiller so will save you money on both ends

I was able to keep the temp down within acceptable ranges using a ten inch fan mounted in my sump, using a controler to turn off the MH when the temp got to high.
