Try searching www.airwaterice.com There is an RO/DI there listed for 150 bux. I just picked one up and am extremely happy with it. Not only will you get a great RO/DI (top quality parts, chrome adapters) but they also threw in a digital TDS meter. Here is a link to the page you may wanna check out.

The Typhoon 5 stage loks like the price for you, but for a few bux more you can get the monsoon. I got that one and highly recommend it.
