Where can i order a pvc Manifold for a Dart and a Snapper pump

What do you mean? Are you talking the Calfo manifold thing? Where you have one inlet for your pump (dart or snapper) and multiple outlets above the tank? If so we just make that out of pvc parts.

I could be wrong, but I think your looking for a way to divert water from the return pump to things like reactors, chillers, skimmers etc. etc.

If you look halfway down, on this page, you will see the manifold that I built for my Dart. It was fairly easy to do, and works great. The only thing you really need to do is make sure that you use pvc with a larger diameter for the manifold, than is found on any of the outlets, it makes the manifold work more efficiently and keeps the pressure evenly distributed across each output.

would this item work for a skimmer, hob fuge, and chiller connected to a mag7 pump?

Why not make one yourself all these parts are readily available?
you can tailor it to your specific needs.

your better off making it yourself, you really want ball valves and unions on each output.
