Build me a lighting system

I am looking for someone who can build me a lighting system, that has a 250 w MH with 2 small actinics and 10 blue LED's.
This whole setup will be built into my cover afterwards(so make sure that is possible).
The cover is 20"x"20"x7"(LxWxH), and has an open back.

I have a canopy that is 30"x12" w/open back an hinged frot.Has 1-4in fan, 2-27w actinics and an aquamedic 250 pendant w/bulb and ballast included.If you do a few mods w/ a table saw to cut the wood to were you need it,this will be great.for the whole setup im asking $220.Its less than a year and works amazing.Pm me if you want anything listed above.Thank you

Thanks cubanheat. But if I wanted to do all that work, I would just build one myself.
