Unless you have close to pristine and stable water conditions, I wouldn't put any symbiotic anemone under those lights. It may not obtain enough nutrition from its zooxanthallae alone and would require regular "meaty" feedings. Look for a several headed frag of frogspawn or hammer coral and hope the clowns take it as a replacement.

Both of those green carpets you see for sale require T5 or Metal Halides. They will not strive under Power Compacts.
