WTB - Chaeto and seed sand

Is there anyone near me that has some extra chaeto ( free or not ) and some sand I can get from their tank to seed mine? Willing to take other macro algae but not caleurpa.

I can give you sand from my tank, a well established sand bed, I am in Queens Village, and we can do this on the weekend. (Sat or Sun)
