WTB: ~20LBS of LR and 36" T5 lighting

i have a 30g tank (36" long), and i want to upgrade the lighting from the basic cheap 12 watt tube
im currently FOWLR, but want to be reef ready

im thinking some kind of T5 system anyone have anything? something used would be nice. (looking for a bargain)

also, i still need about 10-20 more lbs of LR.
