Copepods

[Floating Paper]

Can anybody help me get some copepods for my tank. A few people on here have told me that they could sell me some or get some for me, but then when the time comes they never get back to me. If you can help me get them, tell me where to get them, or even tell me what beach I can go to, to collect some that would be awesome. I have a scooter blenny that is eating thru my copepod livestock and need to replenish it. Thank you

Same here and I'm in SI too. Maybe someone in SI can help us out.

Btw I'm trying to culture my own now after buying LR from people who've had them for a long time and throw them into a 10 gallon and then at night look at it with a Flash light you see them in the water column. If you tap the glass u see them darting down to find shelter in the rock. Pretty cool. But I digress.

Anyhoo anyone with pods?

I built a little copepod environment out of a 2-1/2 gal tank.
I have a thread started called seaweed question in general discussion
But you can buy bottles of them at fish town in queens they cost 26.00
and there are alot in the bottle and very active

I just added copes to the cope farm last night and am keeping posted on how its going in the mentioned thread

26 dollars is crazy. I am about to make myself a copepod farm and make BANK lol.

thats why i did it
