WTB: A used BIOCUBE/Nano tank under 14gal

A friend of mine wants to get into the hobby :smile: and she is looking for a USED biocube/nano tank that is no bigger than 14gal. The tank should be already cycled with the water and sand left in there.
Does anyone know of anyone selling one?
