Closest I ever got to getting flex in the city was a pool place on central ave. in yonkers and it was like 4 times the price of the internet. Check for pool supply places.

Correct with Lowes. Different store locations I think have different diameters. Not 100% on that though.

Not sure if you have any near you but Ace Hardware carries it in a few different sizes.
