There is a scratch removing kit sold on ebay that works really well. The kit comes with 11 grits of sandpaper from 2k to 12k, polish, and a buffing cloth.

Putting it out there one last time before I take the plunge. I would prefer a prof company to buff the scratches out of the tank.if any one knows of a person or company that can do it I'm very interested. Thanks chris.

< agree's thats why i am taking my time, the novice kit will only take minor scratchs out, use wet sanding paper to sand down the rest. but when sanding dont sand a small area or in the really small scratch only, will cause divots basically like wet sanding a car

yeah thanks. i have been doing large scratches that require doing the whole side 30"x30"area. i used wet dry car sandpaper as well and like i said is working but taking a whole lot of elbow grease.
