Update. I decided to use a 1/4 sheet power sander to take out scratches. I started w 250 grit then 320,400,600,800,1000,1200,1500,and finally 2000grit was the highest grade I could buy locally. I then switched to micro mesh 2400,3600,4000,6000,8000,and finally 12000 all wet sanded.when that was done I used the novus #2 and then #1. It looks great and I took out some hefty scratches. Good luck to anyone who wants to try. Its not so bad w the power sander.thanks for all the suggestions. Chris
