They are beautiful fish and hardy when established but very poor long distance shippers. I would expect 40-60% losses with excellent care and handling then a long period of stability if well maintained.
The glass cardinals - blues eyes in your photo are hit or miss as they might even arrive as true glass. Expect to special order as they show up as available often that way. Do not have damsels ect. They go for between 10-20 each when available.
Special order at your own risk though. Somehow that guy got a good batch of them though.
