WTB a Mantis Shrimp

I live in Brooklyn and I want to buy a small species of mantis shrimp. One that grows to 2-3 inches. I'd prefer a smasher but a spearer is fine too.

They are for the most part a special order type of invert.

Well having a want to buy thread like this helps You may have to travel a little ways but one vendor has offered to meet downtown for you. Or the other option is to have a vendor etc order one for you.

On a side note I have seen the 2 that Jim has and they are beautiful.

While they are a lot larger than 3" (6-10"), the Asian market on Main St, Queens, 1 block north of the LIE (forget the name) is selling live mantis shrimp for $12.99/lb.......

That's right, the Asian supermarkets sell live mantis shrimp by the pound.
But they are not as colorful as the aquariums types.
