We've got a couple of used 40g breeders that are drilled with a single hole for a 1" Schedule 80 Bulkhead we used as the overflow. Worked great. Tanks are in super condition. Some have a painted blue back, but a new flat razor blade takes care of that in approximately 5 minutes time. These tanks we're getting $65 and includes the hole. The Schedule 80 bulkhead for it with some fittings to complete the overflow is $15. No need to take the fittings if you don't want them.

Pickup can be in Ossining (Westchester).
