50 gall. tank w/stand, ballast, live rock, heater, sump, etc...

Hi. I am looking to purchase a 50 gallon tank with a stand, a 36 inch ballast to support t5 lighting for the tank, 32 lbs. of live rock (preferably Tonga rock followed by Figi rock), a heater for a 50 gallon tank, a sump, nassarius snails (15), and blue leg hermit crabs (15). Thanks.

I dont necessarily have a set budget. I am just looking to be conservative with the 50 gallon tank since I would like to utilize the money on the tank in other ways. I would do larger than a 50 but due to weight issues I cannot.
