funny...you're the second one looking for a 20" light. just posted to devious's thread.

but one of the bulb is not working...either ballast or on/of switch...or salt crud? fan, moon light and one bulb work. 20" 80 watts total. has adjustable mounting legs. i had it over my seahorse tank so even with only one bulb working, i can still keep mushroom and macro.
can have it for free or just some mushrooms, hermits, or turbo snails. i work in flushing, queens, mon. wed. and sat. lmk if interested.
