Real live rock

Was interested in buying one, two pieces of live rock from a LFS..fully cured.. i plan on putting right into my tank and dont want any big cycle to occur.. Any suggestions what LFS sells live rock? Looking for a piece about 8Lx5Wx12H.

You could try calling a few of the local shops to see who has a piece about that size and how long it's been in the cycle tank.

Berkel Marine in Astoria sells fully cured live rock. I think it's 7.99 a lb. They are only open Mon - Sat though. They are located on Ditmars Blvd and 42 street.

Do you care if there is some bubble algae on it? I could easily pluck it off though.
I have one piece about 7x4x12
I have a bunch more but they are smaller
