looking for a frag of Sanjays purple efflo

I have a frag of Sanjays purple efflo that shrivled all up on me and is now 1/3 of its original size. I dont know why this happened to it. I am looking to replace it or if anyone knows what went wrong with it please let me know.

check your water first. they do that.
check the params. etc.

but yea. it wouldnt shrink up for no reason.
not enough flow, too much?
