what size bulkhead do you need at what type of tank, tempered or non-tempered?

it is a 57 g oceanic illuminata.. Ive seen some threads where ppl have drilled the same tank I have..
For the overflow I have the holesaw.. I dont have the return kit but I guess 1" bulkhead (what is the standard)
