My cousin is setting up a 56 gallon column tank.

WTB:

Mag 5,7 or comparable pump - Purchased
EcoTech Vortech MP10
24" T5 6x24W or similar fixture (possibly LED)
In-sump protein skimmer for up to 100 gallons - Purchased


Located in 07006/07512 40-60 miles.

We've got the MP10 in stock, free shipping.

We also highly recommend the Marineland Euro Utility Pumps in place of the Mag Drive Pumps. The Mag drives are a time tested, reliable pump, but they produce a lot of heat. The Marineland Pumps are great too. They are less heat generators, so much better in our opinion. We've been using them on our installs for years now.

Bermuda Aquatics BPS-3C in sump protein skimmers work great.
We also really like the Reef Octopus skimmers. The SRO XP-1000SSS is a sweet skimmer.

The Nova Extreme Pro is a 6 x 20" T5 fixture that has adjustable mounting legs.
