WTB: LED 'puck' fixtures

Here's the deal...I don't trust myself soldering and putting together the little thing, but I am making a canopy quite similar to the nanotuners T5+LED hybrid lighting fixture that is coming out soon...I just need these little LED pucks preassembled...anyone out there that is good with LED and can do this for me? This is what it looks like:

going to put in an order just trying to get clarification on a few things, hopefully the nice australians email me back . dont know if i there is a power wire for each fixture that i have to splice into a traditional wall outlet power cable.
