I did a workhorse t5 retro already, get a fulham t5 ballast and some end caps. end caps are $1.00 a pair and fulham workhorse 5 are around $25.00. Just add a fan, I have mine set up over a year, two ballast each doing 4 bulbs , 24 inchers.
The work horse 5 can only power 3 39 watt bulbs,Thats my next build for my 120 corner- 6 t5s diy two b allast . save a lota money doing it this way
