WTB: Live Rock - 8-10 pounds

I am in the process of setting up a new biocube 8 gallon tank, and I am looking to purchase 8 - 10 pounds of live rock.

I would prefer smaller pieces, maybe 1 - 2 pounds each.

I would also prefer local pick up in Manhattan if possible.
