14 Gallon Bio or 12 Gallon Nano

Looking for a 12 Gallon Nanocube or a 14 Gallon BioCUbe for my daughters room. Want a stock clean tank in clean condition. Almost bought a 14 Gallon from someone on this site but he decided not to return my PM's and flaked out for some reason.

Will consider a trade for MegaFlow Model 3 or 40 Breeder that I currently have for sale.
