Andy, definitely go for the 180. I ran a 120 on my 90 for a while, then switched to a 180.
The 120 was a bit light for the 90.

Instead of the Aqua-C why not go for a Euroreef/Reefdynamics IN100 or IN135. They would be cheaper, use less electric and out perform the Aqua-C's. Just another option
