Plastic trim for 125gal

Im looking for the bottom plastic trim for a standard 125 72x18. Please Pm info if you have one or know where to get it. Ive tried Aqua hut and they actually had one in the back but they wanted to charge me $65 and I thought that was a little pricey for a piece of plastic. Was I wrong?

Really?! Glass cages has a 48x18 for $16. You gonna tell me it costs almost 50 bucks more for an extra 24"?

Why not just buy the piece you need from GC? Seems they have what you need nice and cheap.

FYI, I'd be stunned if they have the 72" frame for any less than what you've been quoted.

And yes, I'm gonna tell you the 24" piece does run about $50 more. If not $50 more, maybe $45 more.

Yeah glass cages dosent sell the 72x18. The biggest is the 48x18. I guess I have to go back to Aqua Hut tomorrow lol Thanx man!

sounds right i believe i paid ~$40-50 at reef encounters, for the top plastic trim piece for a 72" long 125 gallon

i do remember black trim was about 20$ cheaper than the "oak" finish lol so now i have a black top and oak bottom finish on the tank.

they ordered it for me and came in a couple of days, but im sure a vendor here can do the same....


i know its a lot of money to spend on 10 oz of plastic but its a lot cheaper then buying a new tank or risking that the current tank does not have a center brace, etc.....
