making a wet dry into a sump, need a few small pieces of scrap acrylic. need a few pieces around 12 inches long, even broken is good. what kind of acrylic do i need for a sump, chemical name, as a friend of mine has a body shop and offered scraps but he has many different types.

Canal Street Plastics on Canal St. in Manhattan has tons of acrylic, pretty cheap, and they'll cut it for you as well.
