Im not paying extra for an assurance that the flame wont ever eat corals. Just that he never has. I mean..... i rather roll the dice for a flame that has been in someones tank 1-4 years without touching a coral than a flame that just came from the ocean with his belly filled of coral.

Either way your right but i gotta try. I feel this would give me the best chances.

Even if you found someone who said this fish never nipped a coral, the fish may nip at one of yours because it's never seen it before. Go with the idea this fish will nip at something, if it doesn't you'll be happy but when it does you knew going in it was going to happen.

Thanks for the advice guys. I understand that these guys are known to nip. I also understand that some dont. Some may not nip now but may nip later. I rather not turn this into a do flames nip thread. Im gonna give it a go with a flame angel. I dont have any corals now but Xenia which the flame probably couldnt kill as fast as itll grow back. So i want to get him in my tank and add corals one by one slowly. When/if he starts eating them i stop adding corals and just leave him in the tank and stay FOWLR. The Flame is more important to me than any coral. Just my taste.... my opinion.

All that being said.... LoL

Offer still stands!

Thanks
