Just pick up the tank. What a crook. The tank is not like what he said. It is the wrong size and in condition that you don't really want to use it for anything.

Except for a display tank. HEHEHEHEHEHe. Got you. The tank is 35 gal according to Don's measurement of 36"x15"x15". Look almost brand new with bottom hole drilled in the overflow and a side hole for return.
