Helping hand anyone?

So I've had my tank up and running for like 6-8 months now, but things just don't look that great. I don't have a lot of polyp extension, things aren't growing, that much, and I haven't had a lot of luck with acros. My parameters look good too, just can't put my finger on it.

If anyone would like to come over to take a look and give me their suggestion, I'd be happy to give you a frag or buy you lunch, beer whatever.

I've read as much as I can and I've gone through the regular check list , just hoping one of the more experienced guys on here might have some wisdom for me.

May be easier to post a pic of your tank, list all equipment, and list all test parameter results and make sure to list what brand test kit you used as well.
