I'm running high nitrates despite all water changes, NO3-PO4-X use.
Running 60-80. But all corals and fish are doing well.
Tank closing in on 100 days.
Is it worth chasing the nitrates down?
Corals are growing, fish are eating, water is clear.

It's "worth" chasing down the N03 if you plan to keep any SPS corals in the future. Even if you have some now and they seem fine, they will eventually not do well with high nutrients. Have you tested your phosphates since your nitrates are running so high?

Pecan2phat is right! Best to drop your NO3, you will see a whole difference of growth and color, especially sps.

How big is your tank? How much water change and how often you do water change? And feeding habit, is your main cause of high nitrate. I was in the same boat
My tank is so much better now. Definitely worth to bring it down.
