I find this link ,help full, is NOT a secret BP Reactor, colonize most of Bacteria inside the reactor, easy to find up, pump stop running, clog strainer, open, clean the reactor, bad flow, etc. than PO4 go up again, need more time again (weeks). By dosing Vodka, Vinegar, Bacteria colonize all over, making hard to control,i find this link and make some sense.

Interesting links. I would be tempted if I knew how important bacteria in the water column are versus the ones occupying surfaces. I just haven't read anything that says something like "80% of the bio filter is attached to surfaces and 20% is floating in the water".

some updates

I try for long time to control PO4, in my personal opinion is the ONLY one problem, i try Biopeletts for long time, works , but NOT 100% sure for SPS, also Vodka, Vinegar, very hard to create the right "Balance" how much ?!, then this time i will try something NEW, try to see how SPS react to low Bacteria Density, just like Natural way, i want to NOW how much is to MUCH or less, so i will post some updates, what i gone try to DO. I gone use GFO then see how much Bacteria still in ( water column) i gone try to dose Ozone also .

same here, for example when seeding a new tank, is established water as useful as substrate bacteria

You probably saw this link, but good to review it so you develop a good measurement plan. I'll be interested in seeing some test results.

Good info. i read that ,still save it. Thank You.
I just make one Test, color change to yellow in less then 14 hours, mean i still have to much Bacteria, i make a change on output BioReactor, i will wait 2-3 weeks more, keep same feeding, then i will perform the second one. i will try to use Diatom Filter , to strip more Bacteria.
