Make sure its a small male that will know it's place,this combined with the trap(do you have an in-tank fuge?)would be your best bet.

You have a pic of one of those in-tank fuges? I have something but I'm not sure if it is what you are talking about. And how can i tell the difference between a small male and a young MGB clown?

make sure the clown is a juvi, and just take the air out of the bag u get him in and place that near the old clown. see what happens. Should be easy if the new maroon is small enough and hasn't had a sexchange yet.

If not u can get one of those fish containers for 3$ and put plastic over the top with a rubberband and drill some holes in it and leave it next to the old clown. The point of it is to see how agressive the old clown is to the new clown.
